  3. During the journey from San Pedro to Chetumal money was stolen from my stored suitcase. This may be linked to the sounding of the horn and near stopping of the vessel not long after it leaves San Pedro. I have emailed Belize Express for their comments on this procedure, but wish to warn other travellers to keep all cash and other articles of value on themselves at all times. I would appreciate any information from anyone who has lost money or valuables on this crossing or others.
