Press Release – Sandy Pont Real Estate – September 15, 2015 – Daniel Hartin, award winning Broker/Owner, is pleased and excited to announce the opening of Sandy Point Real Estate Ltd. Sandy Point Real Estate will be dedicated to representing and selling Belizean Cove, Coco Beach, Belizean Shores, Coral Bay Villas, Xtan Ha, as well as pre-construction projects underway such as Venezia del Caribe and Isla Tesoro. Daniel Hartin, with his continued success, saw the need to open up a real estate company to focus exclusively on Sandy Point Real Estate. Hartin, formerly with RE/MAX Southwind LLP, is now focusing his experience on building and growing Sandy Point Real Estate. His team of nine is dedicated exclusively to Sandy Point Resorts and welcomes all brokerages on the island to show Sandy Point Resorts real estate to potential clients.
Daniel Hartin has been both a Diamond and Chairman Award winner for three consecutive years; he was in the Top 50 agents worldwide, #1 in Condo sales for Central America and the Caribbean, and Broker/Owner of the Year for 2013. His newest team member Felix Zevenboom had the number one office in Adelaide Australia for the past two years. Extensive renovations will be done to the building where Master Lee was previously located and will become the main town office for Sandy Point Real Estate. The Southwind Properties office will also be relocating to this building. In addition to the main office, there will also be four offices located in various resorts and an additional two satellite offices in town providing our clients and owners with exceptional access to our team of resort experts.
