R.I.P Peter "Peter4" Ridley

Share

I am using this forum to announce the passing yesterday (13th January) of Mr. Peter Ridley, know to many of his fellow Brits on Ambergris Caye as ‘Peter 4’.

Peter succumbed to a long battle with cancer, he was in the care of the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital in Belize City at the time of his passing. His wishes was to be cremated and have his ashes scattered here on Ambergris Caye. Details of a memorial service and the scattering of his ashes will be announced later, though mid-week of next week is looking the most likely time. It is hoped that his sister will be able to return to San Pedro to attend.

At this time, we are not clear as to funds available to cover the costs of the cremation, so are asking for donations from anyone that wishes to contribute.

Donations can be made either to Grant Crimmins at Pelican Properties, Jim Janmohamed, or at any of the fund raisers we hope to hold over the next few days, centered largely around Crazy Canucks, Road Kill Bar and Coconuts. Grant Crimmins ([email protected])
