The Annual Belize District Sport Council Primary School Football Competition came to a close last week Friday in Belize City. After winning the zone championship, the San Pedro Roman Catholic School (SPRCS) female and male team went to the MCC Grounds where it would be determined who would take home this year’s championship. After a very challenging competition, the male team made it to the finals where they faced St Mary’s Primary School. At the end, the SPRCS male team walked over St. Mary’s Primary School claiming the first place. St. Mary’s settled for second while third place went to St. John’s Vianney Primary School.
The SPRCS female team also made it to the final where they faced St. John’s Primary School but after a well played game, St. John’s Primary School came in first, SPRCS came in second and Holy Redeemer Primary School settled for third place.
Congratulations to the SPRCS female and male teams on their big win.
