On Monday, May 12th, 33-year-old KhoderHarmouch reported to the San Pedro Police that on the same day at 10AM he and his brother, Ali Harmouch, parked his white golf cart, license plate number SP-C-2404, on the road side near a hardware store in the Boca del Rio Area. When he returned to the area, his golf cart was no longer there. Harmouch made checks in the surrounding areas but did not find anything. The golf cart is valued at $12,000. Police investigation led to the discovery of the golf cart which was in the possession of Jose Bacab. Bacab has been detained and is pending charges.
Burglary
On Saturday, May 10th, 50-year-old Ernildo Estrada reported to the San Pedro Police that at around 5AM on the same day while on duty as the caretaker of the Ambergris Stadium, he conducted a routine check and noticed that the bathroom and storage room door had been completely broken off. He made further checks and noticed that the door to his house, located near the stadium had a hole cut out in the bottom. Estrada entered his house and found a male person, only known to him as Pilgrim, sleeping on his bed. Estrada woke up the man who immediately ran outside and rode off on his bicycle. Estrada made checks in his home and noticed that one white sink, one skill saw, one Samsung DVD player, one Samsonic television, two stand fans, two masonry shovels, one extension cord, one bicycle, one blender, one jack hammer drill and multiple bicycle repair tools were missing, amounting to a value of $3078. Estrada has requested court action. Police are currently looking for the culprit identified only as Pilgrim.
