Xanadu Award-2According to Stuart Shield, president of the International Hotel Awards, the awards serve to promote and encourage excellence in hospitality industry. “This is the fourth year of the International Hotel Awards. Its aim is to highlight excellence in the luxury hotel industry and praise the outstanding levels of service and style. The competition also boasts specialist categories to further spotlight the most outstanding spa, convention and golf hotels. Smaller luxury hotels are also featured, as these specialize in delivering a more intimate environment for those seeking a quieter and more relaxing experience. With many five-star award hotels offering an exemplary service, we feel honored to be able to highlight those that are making an art out of the process. They really do deserve recognition for all the effort they put into their business as well as their overall presentation and innovation,” says Shield.Xanadu Award-1

We are very proud of our staff for helping us to achieve this award. We are unique in that we are the only monolithic dome resort in the world. Boutique as we only have 20 suites. Eco-friendly using non-toxic chemicals, saving on water and electricity. With natural vegetation and added water features we support the local birds and small creatures that live on our property,” said Alchin.
