Despite residents voicing their struggles in the current Belizean economy, a report published on Monday, September 24th by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) states that the country’s economy has grown by an estimated 5.4%.

He spoke on various projects that the government has embarked on as well as on issues of service delivery, national security, the economy, infrastructure and the future of Belize as a country. As per tradition, the Leader of the Opposition John Briceño also had the opportunity to address the Belizean public, highlighting the many national issues the country is confronting.
