The new elected board members of the local chapter of the NGC include Eden Velasquez as President, Alex Noralez as Vice President, Jhoice Ordonez as Secretary, Shaniel Soriano as Assistant Secretary, Miguel Bulnes as Treasurer, Amancia Martinez as Assistant Treasurer, and Elsy Witty and Celia Bulnes as committee members.

William Godoy is a free man: murder charges withdrawn

William Godoy has been freed of all murder charges and walks free after 13 months in prison. He had been accused of the murder of Alfredo Cowo, but maintained his innocence. He was welcomed by family and friends outside of the San Pedro Police precinct after he was set free.
