Belize Companies and Corporate Affairs Registry (BCCAR) Launches Website to Facilitate Digital Transactions
Thursday, October 8th, 2020
The Registrar of Companies and Corporate Affairs and the BCCAR team is pleased to announce the launch of the BCCAR website www.belizecompaniesregistry.gov.bz.
The public is now able to easily access all the relevant information, requirements, and forms for services at the local registry. The website provides guidance on accessing services digitally minimizing the need to physically visit the local registry. BCCAR is also now accepting payment via online banking and bank deposits and will soon offer credit/debit card payments as an option to minimize the use of cash.
With this initiative, the BCCAR is taking steps to improve the ease of doing business in Belize and enable efficiency in our delivery of services to the public and keep the public and the local registry staff safe during the current pandemic. These changes are in keeping with Government’s policy of improving the delivery of Government services using information and communication technology.
