San Pedro Police continue their investigation in the death of a San Pedro resident. Sometime around 4:20 PM Police visited the western end of Jewfish Street next to the lagoon where they found a Hispanic man, later identified as 64 year old Juan Guemez, floating in the water.
According to Police, the body of Guemez was found by a local resident who was checking on his boat following a heavy rain. The cause of death is unknown at this time and Police continue their investigation. The San Pedro Sun will have more details in the next week’s issue.
