The Hiemgarntners return to La Isla Bonita

Monday, November 16th, 2009

They have been visiting San Pedro for years and each year they work with the youth of our community. Their biggest work deals with disseminating correct AIDS information through skits which are prepared and performed by college students. Visiting the San Pedro High School, the skits were performed and students enjoyed the interactive session.

In the afternoon, Debbie and Larry Heimgartner along with the college students and Manelly’s Ice Cream, delivered delicious paletas to the students of the San Pedro Roman Catholic School. All in a day’s work. Kudos to the Heimgartners, their college students and Manelly’s for the good deeds today.
