Even rain couldn’t stop revelers from enjoying the carnival parade on Tuesday afternoon. September 21st, 2010 was the 29th anniversary of Belize’s Independence – and adults and children alike created floats and colorful costumes to join in the parade held through the principal streets of San Pedro.
