The Island Academy Halloween Fun!

Share

The Island Academy (TIA) got in the Halloween spirit on Friday, October 28. Students dressed as fairies, bumblebees, scary monsters, fun TV characters, kitties, Lady Gaga and more. Every year, TIA invites a few members of the community to choose a few winners from each class, with a variety of categories like scariest, funniest, “my fair lady”, and most original.

This year students really got creative and fun, and in the end, there were several winners, including a couple of ties. Kudos to the staff at TIA for an excellent job, and for their creative costumes, representing the various punctuation and mathematical signs: +, #, !, =, x and of course, the lovely Lady Dixie as, what else, the CONTROL (Ctrl) button! Such fun!

Happy Halloween to everyone! (Gallery Below)
