DFC Staff gives back
Monday, December 19th, 2011
Christmas is a season of giving, and the Development Finance Corporation (DFC) has chosen San Mateo as their neighborhood to give back to in 2011. DFC staffers joined in presenting bags of food, grocery items and more to many families in Ambergris Caye’s poorest neighborhood. From the recently finished streets through London bridges, the generous givers went from door to door delivering their warmly welcomed gifts.
There is a lot of giving during this season, with various businesses joining with the rest of the community in holding toy and food drives, which will be delivered before Christmas to those who are less fortunate. We applaud our wonderfully generous community for their caring spirits, and encourage one and all to join in the spirit of giving!
