Paul Thompson elected Vice President of COCABA

Press Release-Belize Basketball Federation/Tegucigalpa, Honduras -March 8th-
The Confederation of Central American Basketball (COCABA) held its yearly Congress meeting on March 8, 2014 in Tegucigalpa Honduras.
COCABA includes the basketball federations of eight countries, Belize, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama. At this congress meeting the elections for the executive of COCABA was chosen and the President of the Belize Basketball Federation was elected as the Vice President of COCABA. Yamil Bukele of El Salvador was elected President of COCABA and Marcela Mejia was elected Secretary. The executive is elected to serve for 4 years from 2014-2018.
