The day was more than appropriate to have this community event, especially with warm temperatures, cool breeze and awesome tunes from DJ Debbie. The SPSC organized various fun ways to raise much needed funds. Raffle tickets were sold, as were $10 sailing trips to the reef. Parents of the youth sailors supplied items for their bake sale, there were $1 novelty disposable razors and even a coin drive. Tickets were raffled at $1 a piece which attracted many individuals to buy bulks of tickets for a chance win any of the jaw dropping prizes up for raffle!Sailing Club Fundraiser Caribbean Villas-1

“A special thank you to Dr. Tina, Dr. Renae, Ms. Marion, Dave, Amanda, Shelley and Tony who spent a busy three days gathering gifts and selling tickets. And last but not least – the reason why we are all united – thanks to our sailors who keep us entertained, challenged, motivated and proud,” said Syme.
