This information must be completed and submitted by or for anyone hoping to board the flight.

Travelers are reminded that they are responsible for their travel documents and for covering all expenses for this exercise and must meet necessary requirements from the Department of Immigration and Ministry of Health.

The Government of Belize is taking all necessary health precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. All persons wishing to travel must, therefore, be cleared by the Ministry of Health and follow the outlined transportation procedures. This effort is made in the interest of stranded persons who are well and wish to return home and in the interest of Belizeans by minimizing the risk of additional responsibilities for the Belizean health system.
