Originally from Belize City, Matthew moved to San Pedro in 2014, where he quickly excelled in the tourism and hospitality industry. His dedication to customer service is evident from his role as Front Desk Supervisor at The Alaia, where he assisted guests with their needs. His drive led him to Mahogany Bay, where he served as Guest Service and Concierge Supervisor, focusing on promoting local attractions and enhancing visitor experiences. Matthew’s passion for Belizean culture and the region’s natural beauty fuels his professional endeavors and community engagement. His background in graphic design enables him to adapt to various environments. He is committed to growing and learning from all experiences.
