Enter your pooch in the Potlickers in Paradise Photo Contest

Saga Humane Society has embarked on their newest fundraising event and it’s an adorable pet photo contest. The Potlickers in Paradise Photo Contest is Saga’s first ever, and it’s open to all dogs of all breeds and all destinations. Everyone is encouraged to submit their entries and support the cause. Funds will be raised through the voting polls, which run at $1 per vote, and the $20 entry fee. The contest will also raise much needed awareness to the work Saga does with rescued pets on the island.36 Saga photo contest
To enter, all you have to do is submit your favorite photos of your dogs along with a minimum donation of $20 per picture. Submissions are made through the Saga Humane Society contest website from Tuesday, September 15th at 8PM to Thursday, October 15th at 8PM. “We all love to show off our pets. Here is your chance to enter your pups’ best photo and share it with the world. Don’t have a Potlicker? Don’t live in paradise? No worries, we would love to see your pup, even if he is a mutt from Missouri. The contest is open to all dogs, not just Potlickers. If you have a potlicker, great. If you live in paradise, even better. If your mutt is from Minnesota, that’s ok too, the more the merrier,” says Saga.
Voting will also be taking place during the same time, and can also be done via the website. Each vote will incur a charge of $1, which is paid via the online contest page. At the end of the contest the photos with the highest number of votes will win one of three prize. Prizes include: 1st – Pet’s Photo Featured on the Saga Humane Society Website Banner for one year; 2nd – Pet’s Photo Featured in the Saga Humane Society Facebook Page Banner for six months; 3rd – Pet’s Photo and story featured in the Saga Humane Society November Happy Tails Newsletter.36 Potlicker Photo Contest
In order to enter a photo, you must own full rights to the photos. Remember this is a dog photo contest only, no cats or other pets. “We encourage all members supporting our photo contest to share the website with family and friends via social media or email,” said Saga.
