Islander Doris Soriano graduates with a Business Law degree in Arizona, USA

Another island girl has gone abroad and achieved an academic degree. On Tuesday, May 4th, Doris Soriano became a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law.
Soriano has always excelled in academics. In 2010, she graduated from The Island Academy in San Pedro Town with the Principal’s Cup. At the San Pedro High School, she finished and graduated with honors and later completed an Associate Degree in Business Science at the University of Belize, with honours as well. Soriano then went to the United States, where she excelled and completed a degree in Business Law with high grades.
Her family and friends on the island are very proud of her and wish Soriano all the best in her future endeavors. Mayor Gualberto ‘Wally’ Nuñez also congratulated her on this milestone.
The San Pedro Sun joins the island community in congratulating Soriano on a job well done!
