ABC Christmas Extravaganza brings joy and cheer to San Pedro
Tuesday, December 15th, 2015
Island children were treated to a spectacular show on Saturday, December 12th with the annual ABC Preschool Christmas Extravaganza. The beloved children’s show brings much joy and laughter to the Angel Nuñez Auditorium, as all the favorite animated characters of 2015 take the stage to entertain those in attendance. Artists from Merida, Yucatan, Mexico took on the role of characters from Disney’s Mickey Mouse Club House, Frozen and even Cinderella to put on a truly spectacular show.
With lots to eat and drinks on sale, both parents and children enjoyed a great family night out. Many of the children sang along to their favorite musical presentations. Some lucky children even got the opportunity to meet and get a hug or a picture taken with their favorite character.
The ABC Preschool Christmas Extravaganza is the largest fundraiser held by the establishment each year, with proceeds benefiting the development of the school. Organizers would like to thank all those who sponsored the event in one way or another to make it a huge success, including San Pedro Town Council, Wayo’s Beach Bar, Suya Tours, X’tan Ha Resort, Rain Restaurnat and Rooftop terrace, Captain Shark’s Marina, Reef Radio, The San Pedro Sun, Pirate’s Pizza, Ocean Tides Beach Resort, Blue Tang Inn, El Fogon Restaurant, San Pedro Water Jets Express, San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi, Unbelizeable Gold Cart Rentals, Rick’s Golf Carts, Fido’s Restaurant and Bar, Lily’s Treasure Chest, Annie’s Pastries, Wild Mangoes Restaurant, Victoria’s House Resort, Holiday Hotel, Blue Water Grill, Elvis’s Kitchen, Lavern Flores, Pina Batun, Carmelita, Clara Paz, Esperanza Galeano, and Marisa Salazar.
