After four months of waiting, lobster season has re-opened, and the 10th Annual Lobster Fest, voted the number one festival in Belize, has arrived to San Pedro as well. With fishermen bringing in loads of lobster, the island is being stocked with enough lobster to satisfy eager taste buds. The first Lobster Crawl event took place at Amber Beach Bar & Grill at Caribbean Villas on Wednesday, June 15th, where many lovers of the tasty crustacean dined on their special: Honey Glazed Lobster with Coconut Rice and Steamed Veggies. Guests also enjoyed live music, and drank spicy mangorita’s to celebrate the start of the festival.Lobster Festival Opens Amber Beach Bar-6
