On July 30th Ashty conducted her first class as Lead Instructor, along with Assistant Instructor Martin Dawson, also from San Pedro. Staff from The Phoenix Resort and Victoria House attended, and despite a power outage, the training was a great success. The next successful classes were held on August 27th with Consolidated Water Ltd. and September 23rd, when more Victoria House staff were trained.Consolidated Water
Every year, as partners with the Belize National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO), BRC is contracted to provide NEMO staff countrywide training in basic First Aid and CPR. On October 6th and 7th Ashty successfully assisted and supported Master Instructor, David Sobers from BRC Headquarters, in training local Public Officers, with additional support from Martin Dawson.
