Drug Trafficking


On Sunday, August 31st at 6:30AM, acting on information received, a team of Special Branch Police and San Pedro Quick Response Team (QRT) Personnel conducted a searched at the residence of 32-year-old Deon Pitts in the Bayside Area. The search led to the discovery of a wrap transparent plastic containing 117.2 gram of suspected cannabis. Pitts, better known as Ghost, a known drug peddler, was arrested and escorted to the San Pedro Police Station. Pitts has since been officially charged for the crime of Drug Trafficking and remanded to the Belize Central Prison.
