Drugs Found at Tropic Air Cargo

On Saturday, November 21st at 12:05PM, acting on Special Branch (SB) information, a joint team of Special Branch and Criminal Investigation Branch personnel headed by Corporal 1037 Allan Woods visited Tropic Air Cargo located on Sea Star Street, San Pedro Town where a small corn flakes box was retrieved. Upon opening the box, police noted that it contained a black plastic bag with 12 wrapped parcels in transparent plastic containing a green vegetable substance suspected to be Cannabis.46 Found Drugs at Tropic The suspected drugs amounted to 375.9 grams. The drugs were labelled and deposited as found property, whilst the matter remains under investigation to confirm if the names of the sender and receiver are genuine.
