New Horizon celebrates 25th graduation ceremony; 57 students receive Standard Six certificates

On Sunday, June 22nd, New Horizon Seventh Day Adventist Primary School (NHSDA) celebrated the graduation of its Standard Six class at the Angel Nuñez Auditorium. The graduating 2025 class comprised 30 females and 27 males. This year’s theme was: “Looking back with a Smile, Celebrate Achievements through Christ, Go Forward with Conviction, Embrace Where We Came From.”

Isla Bonita Elementary graduates 18

The Isla Bonita Elementary School (IBES) held its 25th commencement ceremony on June 21st, graduating 18 students. The event occurred at the Watermark Hotel, north of San Pedro Town, under the theme “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift.” The ceremony began with an opening hymn by Mrs. Ancira Reyes and Mr. Ramon Guerrero, accompanied by the graduates. This was followed by a special blessing delivered by Father Eduardo Montemayor. A final hymn was performed before attendees sang the Belize National Anthem.

Holy Cross Anglican School Celebrates 51 Graduates; 40 Already Accepted into SPHS

Fifty-one students from Holy Cross Anglican School (HCAS) received their primary school diplomas and are set to begin their high school journey. The 2025 graduation exercises were held on Thursday, June 19th, at Holy Cross Church, located at the entrance of the San Mateo Subdivision. The ceremony began shortly after 2PM.

29 Graduate from Little Angels Preschool

On Thursday, June 19th, Little Angels Preschool hosted its graduation ceremony at the Lions Den. Mistress of Ceremonies Rosalyn Tzib welcomed all parents and students to the commencement, which began at 4:30PM. This year, 29 little ones proudly graduated and celebrated the completion of their preschool journey.

22 Islanders Complete Secondary Studies with SPACE

Graduation season continues on La Isla Bonita. On June 14th, 22 students received their high school diplomas from the San Pedro Adult Continuing Education (SPACE) program. The ceremony celebrated the academic achievements of the graduates who completed their secondary studies through the evening program.

SPHS Celebrates “Golden Gala: A Night of Endless Elegance” at Prom 2025

San Pedro High School (SPHS) hosted its highly anticipated Prom 2025 on Friday, May 30th, under the theme “Golden Gala: A Night of Endless Elegance.” The Angel Nuñez Auditorium was transformed into a glamorous venue for the graduating class, marking the close of their high school journey. The event began shortly after 7PM and featured a dazzling display of gowns, tuxedos, and creative attire, with students confidently walking the red carpet to the admiration of spectators and judges.

Graduation Season 2025 Kicks Off with The Island Academy Ceremony

Graduation season 2025 is now in full swing, and schools across the island and the country are preparing to celebrate their students' academic milestones. On May 30, 2023, The Island Academy marked a special occasion with its 2025 graduation ceremony, held at its campus in Mahogany Bay Village. Students, faculty, families, and friends gathered to honor the achievements of this year’s graduating class of 13 students: Robert Gabourel, Sianna Manuel, Clarisse Polack, Dylan Guerrero, John Fuson, Alyssa Gabourel, Jad Obied, Sophia Castaneda, Eliza Card, Christopher Paz, Ava Guerrero, Hourieh Harmouche, and Zander Rodas.

Holy Cross Anglican School graduates 53 primary students and 15 preschoolers

Fifty-three students received their primary school diplomas from Holy Cross Anglican School (HCAS) and will be moving on to high school, while 15 youngsters received their preschool certificates and will enter primary school. HCAS' 2024 graduation exercises began on Sunday, June 23rd, at their campus at the entrance of the San Mateo Subdivision, starting shortly after 2PM.
