Belize Lady Jaguars defeat Turks and Caicos 3-0

Belize's female senior national football team, Lady Jaguars, scored their fourth win in the CONCACAF Women's Road to Gold Cup after defeating Turks and Caicos 3-0 on Monday, October 30th. The critical football match was held at the Football Federation of Belize (FFB) stadium in the Capital City of Belmopan. Team Belize is League C's leader with 12 points over Aruba, Bonaire, and the Turks and Caicos.

Senior Female National Football Team, Lady Jaguars beat Bonaire 3-0

The Belize female national football team, 'Lady Jaguars,' won their second game on the road to the Confederation of North, Central America, and Caribbean Association (CONCACAF) 2024 Women's Gold Cup tournament. The Lady Jaguars hosted the female team from Bonaire on Monday, September 25th, at the Football Federation of Belize (FFB) Stadium in the Capital City of Belmopan, where they overcame the visiting team with a solid 3-0.

Female National Football Team takes on Bonaire today; San Pedrana joins the team

On Monday, September 25th, at 7:30PM, the Belize women’s national football team will take on Bonaire at the Football Federation of Belize (FFB) Stadium in the Capital City of Belmopan. Among the players from across the country playing in the team, San Pedro, Ambergris Caye is represented by Dennisa Pineda, one of the team’s goalkeepers.

Lady Jaguars end world cup qualifier with 3-0 victory against Barbados; not enough to reach the women’s world cup

The Belize women’s national football team wrapped up their participation in the FIFA Women World Cup qualifiers on Tuesday, April 12th, with a 3-0 victory over Barbados. With this win, Belize grabbed third place in Group D, followed by Panama and El Salvador. However, the Lady Jaguars did not advance to the next competition stage for a ticket to the women’s world cup in Australia and New Zealand in the summer of 2023.

Following the Lady Jaguars’ performance in El Salvador, Minister of Sports Hon. Rodwell Ferguson says athletes need more resources

The senior national football team of Belize, Lady Jaguars, returned from San Salvador, El Salvador, where they disastrously lost two qualifier games for a chance to participate in the 2023 Women’s World Cup to be celebrated in Australia and New Zealand. The Minister of Sports Honourable Rodwell Ferguson attended the second game on Sunday, February 20th. After witnessing the team’s second defeat, he stated that the government and the private sector must do more to help Belizean athletes invest more in sports and infrastructure to better performances in future sporting events.

Belize’s Senior Female Football National Team falls 6-0 against El Salvador 

The senior female national football team lost 6-0 against El Salvador on Wednesday, February 16th, in their first match of the Women's World Cup Qualifiers. The game took place in San Salvador, El Salvador, where Team Belize will remain until Sunday, February 20th, when they play their second game against Panama.
