The Ministry of Human Development, Families and Indigenous Peoples’ Affairs in partnership with the National Bank of Belize Limited, Digi, and Belize Social Investment Fund hereby informs the public that the launch date for the Belize COVID-19 Cash Transfer Program (BCCAT) is scheduled for Wednesday, February 17, 2021.

Ministry of Human Development, Families and Indigenous Peoples’ Affairs Receives Donation of Fabric from Taiwanese Embassy
The donation is made possible by a charity foundation in Southern Taiwan through the coordination of the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) to Belize. It is valued at BZ$94,602 and includes polyester, rayon and spandex, which will be distributed to women’s groups and entrepreneurs across the country by the Women and Family Support Department.
