Belize Lady Jaguars defeat Turks and Caicos 3-0
Belize's female senior national football team, Lady Jaguars, scored their fourth win in the CONCACAF Women's Road to Gold Cup after defeating Turks and Caicos 3-0 on Monday, October 30th. The critical football match was held at the Football Federation of Belize (FFB) stadium in the Capital City of Belmopan. Team Belize is League C's leader with 12 points over Aruba, Bonaire, and the Turks and Caicos.

Belize Hosts the Caribbean Public Services Association Conference
On June 16, delegates from Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Monserrat, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, and Turks and Caicos gathered in Belize City to participate in the opening ceremony for the annual Caribbean Public Services Association (CPSA) Conference.

Andrew Ashcroft moves to Turk’s and Caicos
On the day Jasmine Hartin was to be notified of her Supreme Court trial date in connection to the shooting death of Police Superintendent Henry Jemmott, a release was issued announcing that her former partner, Lord Michael Ashcroft’s son, Andrew, moved to Turk’s and Caicos with their children. The announcement, issued on Monday, June 13th, stated that when Andrew and Hartin were together, she was entitled to 10% of the issued share capital of the holding company operating the current ‘The Belize Alaia Hotel. According to the release, following an independent valuation, Hartin will receive the fair value of these shares.

Belize Jaguars crushes Turks and Caicos 5-0 in World Cup qualifier
After losing 2-0 to Haiti last week, on Tuesday, March 30th, the Belize National Football Team-the Jaguars did much better on their second World Cup qualifying game for the Qatar 2022 World Cup and proceeded to blow out Turks and Caicos 5-0. With this victory, the Jaguars have now locked in three points and will prepare for their qualifying games set for June against St. Lucia and Nicaragua.
