Guests and visitors alike can now enjoy a curated 3-course Belizean dining experience at Riddles in the Sand and a casual, beachfront eatery at the newly-opened ‘Shoreline’, located adjacent to the resort’s Tour & Activity Center.
Rustic Charm at The Shoreline
For those looking for a relaxed and authentic dining option, the resort introduces The Shoreline, a uniquely island-style beach shack located steps away from the Tour & Activity Center. This new outlet offers beachfront dining and drinks in an open-air setting, where guests can enjoy fresh, local flavors while soaking in the stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Adding to its charm, The Shoreline also even serves cocktails directly to guests wading in the water, creating a one-of-a-kind island vibe that’s both rustic and enchanting.
The Shoreline is open for sundowners on Fridays from 4:00 – 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 – 6:00 PM. Expanded opening hours will be announced in 2025.
A Taste of Belize at Riddles in the Sand
Riddles in the Sand, the resort’s signature restaurant, now offers a local, curated 3-course Belizean dining experience like no other. The family-style meal showcases a variety of Belize’s most beloved dishes, including meat pies, tamales, chimole, Belizean BBQ, local desserts, and other authentic flavors that highlight the country’s rich culinary heritage. Designed to be a communal experience, the menu brings guests together to savor the bold, unique tastes of Belize and is served family style so everyone can sample this experience. Reservations for the Taste of Belize at Riddles in the Sand must be made 24 hours in advance.
