Women’s Department Disability Desk Receives Disability-Accessible Bus
On Wednesday, April 6th, 2022, the Minister of Human Development, Families & Indigenous Peoples’ Affairs, the Honorable Dolores Balderamos Garcia received a disability-accessible bus donated by Customer HD. This donation was realized through the efforts of Mr. Jonathan Keane, representative of Customer HD, and Mr. Marshall Nunez, Disability Desk Coordinator, Women’s Department.

New Board of Commissioners for the National Women’s Commission
The newly installed Board of Commissioners will be led by the President - Thea Garcia Ramirez, Vice President - Marissa Cervantes Martin, Treasurer – Pastora Castillo, Secretary – Dorla Vaughan. Other Commissioners include Anthony Sabal, Wendy Cabral Williams, Geovannie Brackett, Chelsea Cruz, Aurelia Cal, Kristina Romero, Major Jonathan Kellman, Dr. Lesly Perez and Ashanti Arthurs Martin. Commissioners hail from throughout the country.
