Belize Delegation Participates in World Bank/IMF’s Spring Meetings
On April 10, 2021, a Belizean delegation participated virtually in the World Bank/IMF’s Spring Meetings. Led by Hon. Christopher Coye, Minister of State in the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment, the delegation included Mrs. Narda Garcia, CEO in the Office of the Prime Minister, and Mrs. Elvira Mendez, Belize’s Counsellor to the IDB’s Office of Executive Directors.

Belize Participates in the Inter-American Development Bank’s Virtual Annual General Meeting
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) held its virtual Annual General Meeting from March 19 to 21, 2021. The Belize Delegation was led by Hon. John Briceño, Prime Minister and Belize’s Governor of the Bank, along with Hon. Christopher Coye, Minister of State in Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment and Alternate Governor; Mrs. Narda Garcia, Chief Executive Officer in the Office of the Prime Minister; and Mrs. Elvira Mendez, Counselor in the Office of the Executive Director of the IDB.
