Children meet Santa at annual children’s party
Saturday, December 24th, 2011
Annually the San Pedro Lions Club hosts the children of San Pedro Town to a Christmas Party with the attendance of Santa Claus, and this year was no exception. The event took place on Sunday December 18th at the San Pedro Lions’ Den with the participation of over 150 children.
When Santa arrived at the Den, he was surrounded by awaiting children who had smiles of joy on their faces. Santa brought along candies that he began giving out along with the gifts. One by one, each child was called by name and after a short chat with Santa, the kids were given a gift and also took the opportunity to pose for a picture with the jolly man from the North Pole.
In addition to their gifts, the children were all treated to a bag of goodies, apples, food and sodas. The children had a good time and could not stop thanking Santa for their gifts.
