Triple R donates ambulance to Ambergris Caye
As Ambergris Caye prepares for any possible case of the pandemic COVID-19 (Coronavirus), an ambulance has been secured on the island for the sole purpose of transporting persons suspected to be infected with the deadly disease.

Triple R Response hosts body safety and first-aid training for their search and rescue team
Rickilee Response and Rescue (Triple R) held a body safety and first-aid training for their search and rescue team of the island from Monday, June 24th to Thursday, June 27th at the Banyan Bay conference room in San Pedro Town. The training was facilitated by Emergency Medical Service Instructor Evan Sanchez and saw the attendance of Hol Chan Marine Reserve rangers, Coast Guards, tour guides, tour operators, firefighters, and police officers.

Triple R Emergency Response Team to the rescue!
The Rickilee Response and Rescue Team (Triple R) continues to respond to emergency calls on Ambergris Caye, assisting accident victims throughout the island. The most recent cases involved a near drowning and two traffic accidents.
