Hellfighters Footsoldiers Ambergris Caye share the joy of Christmas with dozens of children
The non-denomination group Hellfighters Footsoldiers Ambergris Caye celebrated the holiday season for another consecutive year and distributed presents to children in San Pedro Town. With generous help from the Send Me Ministries in the United States, among other donors, they shared gifts with over 150 children on the island and were also able to send presents to Orange Walk Town.

Santa distributes presents at the San Pedro Lions Christmas bazaar
The Christmas season continues to be busy in San Pedro Town. On Saturday, December 17th, the annual Children’s Christmas party at the San Pedro Lions Club lit the ambience with warm holiday vibes. Santa Claus was again the guest of honor, arriving at the San Pedro Lions Den shortly after 5PM to meet the children, distribute presents and goodies, and of course, take pictures with everyone.

Jaz Azueta hosts Christmas Toy Drive giveaway
The Christmas Season is a time of sharing and giving to those less fortunate. In San Pedro Town, that has been more than a tradition with people getting together to help others. The current COVID-19 pandemic has brought unexpected hardships to everyone, but many island children still received a toy this year despite the crisis. On Sunday, December 19th, a Christmas Toy Drive giveaway hosted by well-known San Pedrana Jazelie ‘Jaz’ Azueta delivered 300 presents to children in San Mateo, San Juan, San Pedrito, and the DFC area.
