Miss San Pedro Grace Brown aims to work with the youth during her reign
San Pedro’s newly selected beauty ambassador, Miss San Pedro 2021-2022 Grace Brown, is looking forward to working with the young people on the island and motivate them to achieve their goals. She feels proud to hold the island’s crown, which she gained at the Miss San Pedro Pageant on September 9th, where six candidates vied for the prestigious post of beauty ambassador.

The long-awaited Miss San Pedro Pageant is back and will take place virtually on Thursday, September 9th, at Mahogany Bay Village. On Wednesday, August 11th, the pageant committee revealed the six delegates via a virtual live show vying for the crown and becoming the island’s next beauty ambassador.

San Pedro’s Iris Salguero prepares for Miss Universe; island holds farewell motorcade
On Tuesday, May 4th, San Pedranos, along with Mayor Gualberto ‘Wally’ Nuñez, honored Miss Universe Belize 2021-2022 Iris Salguero with a motorcade, giving her a home town send-off as she prepares to represent Belize in the Miss Universe Pageant on May 16th in Florida, USA. The charismatic 24-year-old left the island early on Wednesday, May 5th, for Belize City for final preparations. Belize’s beauty ambassador then leaves the country tomorrow, Thursday, May 6th.

Gabriela Varela returns from participating in the Miss Reina Hispanoamericana pageant
San Pedro resident Gabriela Varela returned to Belize on Tuesday, February 11th via Tropic Air to San Pedro Town from the Philip Goldson International Airport. She participated in the 2019 Miss Reina Hispanoamericana pageant on Friday, February 8th, held in Bolivia.

Beautiful Destinee Arnold is making her mark in Atlanta, Georgia, USA as she prepares to compete in the 68th edition of the Miss Universe pageant to be held at the Tyler Perry Studios. The pageant, held on Sunday, December 8th, will air live at 7PM on FOX (Channel 15 on Coral Cable Vision in San Pedro).
